No, we do not have a rent to own option we are a rent-to-rent company only.
Yes, our lease term minimum is 3-months.

Yes, we do require a simple application completed and will include a soft credit check.
Yes, we do require a deposit that is equal to one month’s rent. The deposit is fully refundable after the lease is completed and no items are returned damaged or missing.
We can typically deliver within 2-3 business days of receiving a request and all necessary paperwork is completed.

There is a one-time fee of $150 (plus any applicable tax) for a delivery in our standard delivery area. This includes the initial delivery, complete setup and final pickup of the items.
Our team is available Monday – Friday to schedule your delivery, however we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
No, you do not have to be at your rental address for our team to deliver and setup. Simply arrange permission to enter with your apartment community office, landlord, or real estate agent.
We ask that you make sure your pet is secure during the delivery and setup of the items, our team is not responsible for the security of your pet. While we allow pets to be present and live with the rental items, we simply require prior knowledge so our team may be prepared.
While we can’t promise brand new items, we do stand behind our guarantee that you will receive items in good rental condition. If you receive an item that does not meet our quality standard, contact our Client Services team to arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.
We guarantee that the furniture you selected will arrive in good rental condition but if something isn’t meeting your needs, we will be happy to swap out items. Any additional trips are subject to a trip fee.

We offer housewares, electronics, appliances, artwork, and rugs to have your temporary home move in ready.
We request 2 weeks’ notice to schedule any pickup. Our pickups are scheduled Monday – Friday, simply reach out to our Client Services team to schedule your pickup at [email protected] .
How do I extend my lease? I signed a 3 month lease and need the items longer, how do I keep renting?
Your lease will automatically extend on a month to month basis once your initial lease term has been completed. There is no need to contact us to extend, simply make sure to give us notice of at least two weeks for your pickup.
We understand that things happen, and you may need to return your rental earlier than expected, You will be responsible for fulfilling your lease obligations in full, even if the items are returned prior to the lease having been completed.
There is an optional Damage Waiver fee, this is a 7% monthly fee that covers the rental items from natural disasters, fire, and flood.
